Happy 23rd Birthday Chelsey! My big sis asked me to make this cake for her friend Chelsey, who's husband asked for a chocolate cake with coconut and it had to have orange, pink, and brown as the colors. So this is what I came up with. The cake is chocolate and has a coconut cream filling and coconut buttercream. The fondant is even flavored with coconut. All the flowers and butterflies are handmade.
Hope she likes. The pictures really don't do this beautiful cake justice!
