Peanut Butter Blossoms

These are a traditional Peanut Butter Blossom cookie, but instead of milk chocolate kisses I used carmel and white chocolate hugs.

Escape to Madagascar

Happy Birthday Jaxon! For his birthday all Jaxon wanted was a Madagascar cake, the little figurines were tough to find, but we were able to get them and they look great on the cake.
The cake is chocolate with oreo cream filling and buttercream frosting.

In the jungle the mighty jungle....

My very first nephew is due on January 20th and my mother and I threw my sister a baby shower today. Her theme for the nursery is jungle animals, and Leah loves monkey's and giraffes. So I tried to make the theme of the cake match her nursery, and I think I did a pretty darn good job!!!
The top tier of the cake is vegan apple ginger spice with cinnamon buttercream.  The bottom tier is lemon with coconut cream filling and coconut buttercream.
Good luck in January and I can't wait to meet Quinton!

Happy Birthday Avery!!! This little 4 year old was very specific as to what she wanted her cake to look like. She wanted a big cupcake...check...pink, blue, orange, and green...check...and MONKEY'S....CHECK!!!
This cake, and the cupcakes, are chocolate cake with oreo filling and buttercream frosting.
And a whole barrel of monkey's.
