My son Jeron celebrated his 4th birthday on Aug. 10 and requested a Buzz Lightyear cake! He was so excited when I finished it, and said " I love my cake, momma!" Awe, don't I have the best kiddo's ever!
The top tier of this cake is a spice cake with cheese cake filling and fresh blackberries. The bottom is a white cake with chocolate filling. I used an old fashioned buttercream frosting and fondant. Turned out pretty flavorful!
