Tinkerbell

This turned out to be the most beautiful cake I have ever made! I LOVE it! This was made for a 2 year old client Ella. Mom said do what ever, so I went all out. The cake is chocolate with white chocolate filling and fresh raspberries. Of course buttercream frosting, fondant, and royal icing flowers. Happy Birthday Ella, enjoy!

Floral Arrangements...

I had made ton's of flowers out of royal icing for another project, so I decided to use some of them to decorate these cupcakes. The cake is white coconut with a coconut mousse and buttercream frosting. Nothing fancy, just because!

Royal Icing Flowers and Birds

I am learning how to make flowers out of royal icing. It is so easy, I love it! These flowers and birds will go on a cake I am making in a class I am taking. So stay tuned!
This one is my fav...just look at the colors!

The violets are so small and delicate, I must have made a hundred of them.

The birds are actually made out of color flow icing, basically the same thing as royal, it just allows the colors to flow together nicely.

God Bless Audra

My neighbor, Audra, is having her first Communion on Saturday! Her momma asked me to make her a special cake for her special day. I hope she enjoys, and I know she is a very blessed little girl! This cake is a chocolate cake with strawberry cheese cake filling and vanilla butter cream frosting. It is covered with fondant and has pink frosting roses, white daisies, and pink posies.

Snicker Doodles

Awe, Snicker Doodles...do I really need to say much more? The name just say's it all. Love them, especially warm right out of the oven. I made these cookies large so they were crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside.

Spring Beeez

For Easter this year we are going to my Mother-in-law's house to celebrate with our family. She will have an Easter egg hunt, breakfast, and great conversation! Although we are doing breakfast, I thought it would be fun to bring a cake, of course!
This is a chocolate cake with white chocolate filling and butter cream frosting. What a sweet way to celebrate the holiday.
